The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act passed in 2010 is starting to be implemented.  A thousand pages of legislation have now had over 20,000 pages of regulations added and it is just getting started.  How is anyone supposed to keep up on the changes, and stay compliant and ahead of the curve?
